Raccoon Valley Baseball Club is excited to kick off the third season of our High School Prep program! We are going to support at least one 15U and 17U team this season. This year we will continue to practice at both Diamond Sports Academy and at the Raccoon Valley Baseball Complex.
Practices will begin the last week of July. from August-November, We will practice three nights a week at Diamond Sports Academy, and a fourth practice on the weekends at Raccoon Valley. Week nights will be a mix of batting, pitching and strength and conditioning.
We will NOT have scheduled practices in December. Coaches may have optional sessions at their discretion.
January-March we will have 2 practices a week. Come February most school ball teams will begin and we will try to accommodate times so most and hopefully all can be at practice.
We will play between 6-7 tournaments in the fall, weather and schedule permitting.
In the spring we will participate in the PG Iowa Spring league in Marion Iowa. There will be 6 weeks of double headers on Saturday. It is ideal for both competition and exposure.
We want to help the players reach their goals. We will be assisting players with camps and showcases and planning college visits.
